The location of the property is fantastic! I arrived at the hotel around 3 hours before checkin time but wanted to leave my luggage so I could go walking around. Me, along with a couple other people, were pulled from the line and were told to follow a nice young lady who led us to the VIP checkin room. I told the gentleman who helped me that I was not a VIP and he graciously said that he would assist me. He checked and my room wasn't ready (no surprise, I was so early). I asked if by chance there was any room that might be available and still within the price range that I had booked. He checked and asked if it would be okay to take a room with a king bed not facing the strip. Sure, I said I would take it! And, he also gave me a $40 hotel credit since the room without the strip view was less expensive. Wow, I was so happy! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the room door and saw how spacious and beautiful my room was. The view was totally fine - I was facing the T-Mobile Arena side. Loved that there was a sofa and a table with chairs so I had a place to eat and work. I also liked how the head of the bed was tucked into a nook - very cozy. Lots of outlets, quality toiletry items and soft towels. I liked how there were separate elevator banks for certain floor levels. Never had to wait long for an elevator. Although the hotel is big, it was fairly easy to navigate around. Target, Walgreen's, CVS, Ross, Denny's, etc., were right over the pedestrian bridge. Oh yes, and the Bruno Mars concert in the Dolby Live Theater was amazing!

The hotel is just massive - and the lobby, casino and choice of restaurants, Starbucks, the outdoor pools and bars, a free Tram up to the Bellagio (saving a sweaty 20 minute walk) are all great. From the 28th floor it took a good 8 minutes to get out to the strip and easy to order an Uber from their rideshare area. There were shops to get grocery supplies just outside the entrance. We ate one night in their 'La Pizza La Pasta' which was nice and good value. Only criticism would be lack of coffee making facilities in the room and it feels tight not having a fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool - outside of that it was a good hotel and good choice for a long weekend in Las Vegas

Download the mobile app. It will save you time on check-in in advance. You’ll get text message when your room is ready and have a mobile key card and your room number. Skip the front desk line and go straight to your room! The only thing I didn’t know was, you have to pre pay for parking on the mobile app to continue using your Digital key card. If you don’t do pre paid parking then get a physical key card when you have a chance before leaving the property or else the gate will not open. Aside from that it was very nice and clean.

Amazing stay at Park MGM for my son's 21st Birthday! Huge shoutout to Ana who made our stay extra special by putting us up in a beautiful green room on the 28th floor with an epic view! She also gave us a credit for food & drinks to celebrate my son's birthday! We enjoyed being able to walk to the connecting hotels and also used the tram. The hotel is located in a prime location and walkable to all the hot spots on the strip. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is fantastic—it’s right on the Strip, within walking distance of most things, yet it seems slightly more tame than other resorts which is nice. The pools were great and it has a fair selection of restaurants on site (and plenty more across the street). Most of the staff were polite, the room was spacious and we liked that it was non-smoking.
